A wedding coordinator to assist with planning, the rehearsal and wedding day

Two planning appointments before the wedding date to finalize the details (4 hrs. total)

One walk through at venue

Provide a detailed timeline for all contracted vendors and the wedding party

Review contracts of the vendors you have chosen

Listen to your ideas and wants in order to create a concept and a flow of the wedding

Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

One hour for the rehearsal and 10-12 hours on the wedding day

Supervision of venue(s) setup for ceremony and reception (flowers, tables, aisle runner, guest book, etc.) and reception (flowers, cake table, catering, staff)

Wedding items placement/setup (unity candle, wedding programs, place cards, favors, guestbook, gift box, cake topper, cake cutting set, sparklers etc.) Not decorations.

​Distribute flowers to the wedding party and assist with pinning

Act as a liaison between you and your vendors to insure that your ideas are carried out and activities are kept on time 

Coordinate all reception details such as grand entrance, first dance & grand exit.
